A very large part of our job is about communication - understanding what the client wants and when they need it by. The devil is in the detail and it is our experience, commitment and enjoyment that enables us to clarify assumptions, leap some hurdles and gain a quiet and sometimes not so quiet satisfaction.
Michael Thorne: Michael graduated from UCT with a BA degree and a diploma in education.Having taught at various high schools and worked in adult education for a number of years, he left education for the small business sector. With much pavement pounding, Sparx Media was established in 1998 and evolved as the internet blossomed.
