Initially representing South African illustrators, cartoonists, animators and storyboard artists, we later started taking on artists from other African countries and further afield.

The illustration styles range from slick digital photorealism to quirky cartoons, loose expressive images to highly detailed renderings. Working digitally and in traditional media and often a combination of the two, there is a focus on African styles, techniques, subject matter and colour palettes.

Many of the illustrators have their own areas of specialisation, for example, people, wildlife and the environment, town and township life and maps.
