David Jackson graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Master of Fine Art Degree in 1995.

He has produced work for advertising agencies, publishers and design companies.

His favored medium is linework, produced with ink, scraperboard/scratchboard and Photoshop.

Clients include Ogilvy & Mather, TBWA, BBDO, The Jupiter Drawing Room, Knopf, Bloomsbury, and Walker Books.
